Jay’s experience and know-how provides a wealth of knowledge to the QPS staff and ensures every job is done right. |

Todd Ellis: Owner of QPS, Todd has 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Todd is a sheet metal expert and is fully licensed as a sheet metal worker. He has his Building Code Identification Number meaning he is certified by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to design HVAC systems. Todd’s expertise ensures our installations provide homeowners with the proper equipment, ductwork, and efficiencies in their HVAC systems. |

Pete Copper: Service Technician, Pete has nearly 15 years of experience as a service technician. He is a licensed Refrigeration Technician and a Gas Fitter 2. There is no problem Pete does not know how to solve. When your furnace begins acting up you can be sure that Pete will have the solution. |

Jody Ellis: Installation Specialist, Jody brings 17 years of experience to QPS and is the company’s senior installer. Jody is a fully licensed Sheet Metal Worker, and Gas Fitter 2. Jody takes great pride in his work and ensures all jobs are done correctly and to the customer’s satisfaction. Jody is also responsible for training Sheet Metal Apprentices and is sure to teach them to always do the job the way it is suppose to be done. |

Matt Hoffman: Installation Specialist, Matt has worked for QPS for 5 years and in that time has completed his Sheet Metal Apprenticeship to become a fully licensed Sheet Metal Worker. Matt’s work ethic and in-depth knowledge ensures that any job he completes is done right and to the customer’s satisfaction. |

Lee Ellis: Installation Specialist, Lee is an incredibly experienced Sheet Metal worker, bringing over 35 years of experience to the QPS team. Lee has worked in both the commercial and residential sectors and has experience working with every type of duct system. Lee’s knowledge of sheet metal allows customer’s to have peace of mind in knowing the duct work in their home is designed to achieve perfect airflow. Lee is a fully licensed Sheet Metal Worker. |

Tonya Harper: Office Administrator, Tonya has worked at QPS for over 5 years. She ensures that all customers receive the proper warranties, rebates, and required information. Tonya has in-depth knowledge of the products and service QPS performs and is available at the office to discuss customer inquiries at any time. Tonya has her degree in Accounting and is a crucial member to the QPS team. |

Shaun Brunner: Comfort Specialist, Shaun is responsible for all residential retrofit estimates. Shaun has in depth knowledge of every type of heating and cooling system and will present you with the best options for your specific home. Shaun is an expert on government rebates and what you will receive when updating your home comfort system. Shaun is always available to answer your questions and is determined in ensuring your satisfaction with the equipment in your home. |
